He served as Assistant Professor at the Cancer Center of the University of California, Davis, from 2013 to 2014. specializes in minimally‑invasive diagnosis and treatment of urological tumors, especially robotic minimally‑invasive surgery for prostate cancer, renal cancer and bladder cancer.He won the championship of the National Young Urologist Laparoscopic Skills Competition (co‑hosted by CUA and EAU) and the first prize of the National Excellent Surgical Video Competition. His research focuses on basic studies of urogenital tumors. He has presided over multiple National Natural Science Foundation projects, published 30 papers as the first or corresponding author, with a highest single‑paper impact factor (IF) of 40.8 and a cumulative IF of over 150.
