Specializes in lung cancer screening and early‑stage treatment, diagnosis and management of pulmonary small nodules, and interventional diagnostic techniques for respiratory endoscopy.He has presided over key national science and technology special projects for the prevention and treatment of cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases and metabolic diseases sponsored by the National Health Commission, General Programs and Youth Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Fujian Outstanding Youth Fund, and Shanghai Youth Natural Science Fund. He has published more than 70 papers and monographs, with over 2000 citations and an h‑index of 24. His honors include the Second Prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award, Municipal‑level First‑class Undergraduate Course of Shanghai Universities, Municipal‑level Key Course of Shanghai Universities, Gold Award for Excellent Invention in Shanghai Excellent Invention Selection, and the title of Top Ten Medical Young Talents of Fudan University. He holds 15 authorized patents, among which 4 have been transformed.
