Deputy Group Leader of Shanghai Respiratory and Pulmonary Vascular Disease Group. He graduated from Shanghai Medical University in 1996, obtained his Master’s degree from Fudan University in 2004, and earned his Doctoral degree from Fudan University in 2010.From February 2011 to January 2012, supported by the Leverhulme Trust fellowship, he conducted visiting research at Hull‑York Medical School in the United Kingdom. His research focused on the pathogenesis of canonical transient receptor potential (TRPC) calcium channels in pulmonary diseases such as pulmonary arterial hypertension and lung cancer. Preliminary studies revealed that TRPC channels are associated with lung cancer differentiation, participate in LPS‑induced pulmonary arterial hypertension, and are highly expressed in alveolar macrophages. Part of the research findings were published in PLoS One and Biochem Pharmacol. He has presided over one Youth Fund project of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University and one Shanghai Natural Science Foundation project, both of which have been successfully completed. He is currently undertaking one guiding‑type project funded by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. He has published 6 papers as the first or corresponding author, including 4 SCI‑indexed papers. He has published 7 review articles and contributed to 7 monographs. He has presented research results via posters or oral reports at numerous domestic and international conferences.His main research interests cover pulmonary infections and the correlation between canonical transient receptor potential (TRPC) calcium channels and pulmonary diseases.
