Specializes in the diagnosis of complex pulmonary diseases, the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, cough, pulmonary vascular diseases such as pulmonary embolism, lung tumors and pulmonary infections, emergency management of acute and chronic respiratory failure, as well as pulmonary function testing and report interpretation.She has presided over or participated as a principal investigator in 6 research projects including the National 8th‑Five‑Year Key Research Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China projects and Shanghai Science and Technology Commission projects, and holds one utility model patent. She has taken charge of more than 10 international and domestic multi‑center clinical studies. She has published 58 papers (8 indexed in SCI), served as chief editor or associate editor for 3 popular science books and 2 monographs (Respiratory Intensive Care and Therapy and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), and contributed chapters to over 10 monographs including Practical Internal Medicine and Modern Respiratory Medicine. Her awards include the Third‑Class Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau, the Third‑Class Prize for Shanghai Scientific and Technological Progress, the March 8th Red‑Banner Holder awarded by the Shanghai Women's Federation, the National Outstanding Female Staff Award from the All‑China Federation of Trade Unions, the Second‑Class Prize for Teaching Achievements of Fudan University, and the Nomination for the Bethune‑Style Good Doctor Award.
