Specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases including pulmonary infections, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung tumors and intractable pulmonary diseases, with in‑depth research particularly on the pathogenesis and etiological diagnosis of pulmonary infections.She has been awarded the titles of "Excellent Educator of the University" by the former Shanghai Medical University and "March‑8th Red‑Banner Bearer" by Fudan University. She received the Nomination Award for the Third "Top Ten Outstanding Young Talents" of Zhongshan Hospital and the "Excellent Young Physician" Award of Zhongshan Hospital. As the first author and corresponding author, she has published more than 40 papers, among which 9 are indexed in SCI. She is the chief editor of *Imaging Atlas of Invasive Pulmonary Fungal Diseases* and has contributed to 8 monographs including *Anti‑Infective Chemotherapy‑Clinical Pocket Handbook*. She serves as an editorial board member of *Microbes and Clinics* and *Chinese Journal of Mycology*. As the principal investigator, she has undertaken 2 projects from the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and 1 project from the Shanghai Health Commission. She has participated in numerous research projects, one of which won the Third Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award in 2002 and the Third Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award in 2003 (fourth completer). She also took part in the National "Tenth Five‑Year Key Research Project".
