He has presided over projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, programs of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, major joint research projects for key diseases of the Shanghai health system, and new‑technology joint research initiatives of the Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center, and has published more than 70 papers. His awards include the First‑Class Prize of Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award, the Second‑Class Prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award, the First‑Class Prize of the "Starlight Program" for Scientific and Technological Innovation among Shanghai medical staff, and the First‑Class Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Recipient).
