Areas of Expertise.Specializes in surgical treatment of benign and malignant gynecologic tumors, especially surgery for advanced or recurrent ovarian cancer. Performs nearly 300 ovarian cancer surgeries every year.Has published multiple research findings in the field of ovarian cancer surgery. Summarized the experience and lessons learned from resections of lesions on the diaphragm, lesser omental bursa, pancreatic tail and spleen, hepatic hilum, pelvic peritoneum, rectosigmoid colon and other sites during ovarian cancer surgeries at Shanghai Cancer Center and Zhongshan Hospital. Led the team to innovate three surgical procedures for ovarian cancer, all of which were published in the form of surgical demonstration videos in leading international journals of gynecologic oncology. These procedures help reduce surgical trauma and the incidence of postoperative complications, and have received positive feedback from peers at home and abroad. Has presented ovarian cancer surgical research at international conferences on multiple occasions.

Research Achievements

Research Work: Long-term engaged in translational and clinical research of gynecologic tumors. Has published more than 20 SCI papers in gynecologic oncology as the first author or corresponding author. Serves as principal investigator for 2 projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 2 projects funded by the Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai and Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. Acts as principal investigator for 3 investigator-initiated trials (IIT), including two clinical studies related to ovarian cancer surgery.
