Principal investigator of the Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST) MDT team at Zhongshan Hospital. Director of the Department of Pathology, Director of the Resident Training Base for Clinical Pathology and Director of the Pathology Specialty Base, and in charge of the Postdoctoral Station.Presided over 1 project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China; recipient of the Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program. Led 7 projects supported by the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, 1 project of Shanghai Fund for Key Weak Disciplines, the Shanghai Program to Bolster Leading Clinical Key Specialties, the 2021 Key Specialty Base (Western Medicine) for Standardized Resident Training in Public Hospitals by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, and the 2023 National Clinical Key Specialty Construction Project. Integrating modern molecular biology technologies with clinical pathology practice, she has established a standardized molecular pathology laboratory and a clinical pathology specimen bank. She invented high-yield tissue microarray and cell microarray preparation methods, achieved mass production, and built a tissue microarray library. She systematically constructed a gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) database, developed a method for benign and malignant assessment, grading and staging of GIST based on 12 indicators, and pioneered the dual paraffin block testing method for HER2 immunohistochemistry in gastric cancer, which has been applied in clinical practice. She participated in formulating *Chinese Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors*, *Chinese Expert Consensus on Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Gene Mutation Detection in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer*, *Guidelines for the Construction of Molecular Pathology Laboratories*, *Chinese Expert Consensus on BRCA Data Interpretation*, and others.She has published more than 100 papers, among which over 70 are SCI-indexed articles as the first or corresponding author, published in journals including NAT COMMUN, Gastroenterology, MODERN PATHOL, ONCOGENE, HISTOPATHOLOGY, and LAB INVEST. She is the chief editor of the monograph *Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors*, chief translator of 2 books including *Molecular Testing for Cancer*, associate editor of 2 monographs, and contributor to another 2 monographs. She has obtained 2 scientific and technological achievements, 15 authorized patents, 10 transferred/licensed patents, and filed 1 international patent application.

Awards include the Third Prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award (2010), Meiji Dairies Life Science Award (2010), Bronze Medal (2011) and Silver Medal (2019, 2023) of Shanghai Invention Award, Third Prize of Huaxia Medical Award (2011), Third Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award (2013), two Third Prizes of Science and Technology Award from Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association (2016, 2020), Second Prize of Science and Technology Award from Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (2016), Silver Medal of the 1st Medical Science and Technology Innovation Competition (2020).
