Serves as Chair of the Department of Diagnostics, Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University; Director of the Atrial Fibrillation Center and Deputy Director of the Cardiac Intervention Center, Zhongshan Hospital; Director of the Cardiac Rhythm Subspecialty. Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society (HRS).He specializes in transcatheter radiofrequency ablation for various types of tachyarrhythmias, with tens of thousands of treated cases. He performs nearly 1,000 interventional procedures annually, including more than 300 atrial fibrillation operations each year. Clinically, he engages in the diagnosis, treatment and research of arrhythmias, hypertension, heart failure, coronary heart disease and various cardiomyopathies, with a particular focus on complex cardiovascular diseases.He has received grants from the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality and relevant domestic and international research institutions. He was awarded the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award and the Fudan University Teaching Achievement Award. As the first author, he has published over 100 papers in national core professional journals (including 20 SCI papers as first or corresponding author). He has participated in compiling, served as associate editor and chief editor for more than 20 textbooks and reference books.
