Doctor of Medicine. He graduated from the Medical Major of the Department of Medicine, former Shanghai Medical University in 1992, and has been engaged in clinical work at the Liver Surgery Department of the Liver Cancer Institute, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University (former Shanghai Medical University). He obtained a Master's degree in Surgery in 1997, was promoted to Attending Physician in 1998, received a Doctoral degree in Surgery in 2001, and was promoted to Associate Chief Physician in January 2004.His main specialties include the diagnosis and surgical treatment of liver tumors, as well as local oncological surgical therapies such as argon-helium cryoablation and microwave ablation.

He has independently completed nearly 200 hepatectomies for liver transplantation. He has research experience in projects including the Ninth Five-Year Key Research Program, Medical Leading Discipline Program, CMB projects, projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and projects sponsored by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. He is currently in charge of the surgical project of argon-helium cryoablation for liver cancer and oncological drug clinical trials at the Shanghai Clinical Medical Center for Liver Tumors, and serves as a major participant in liver transplantation research within a major organ transplantation project supported by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. He has assisted in supervising 1 graduated doctoral student and 1 graduated master student, and is currently assisting in supervising 7 doctoral students. As the first author, he has published 1 invited commentary, 1 expert discussion paper, and 9 research papers (1 indexed in SCI). He has published 3 expert monograph chapters (as the second author) and participated in compiling 12 monographs, 9 of which have been published, covering a total of 16 chapters.
