MD, Chief Physician. He graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine, Southeast University Medical College in August 1997. He obtained his master's degree from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University in May 2002 and his doctoral degree from Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University in May 2005. From 2009 to 2010, he conducted postdoctoral research on vascular invasion of liver cancer at the National Cancer Center of Japan as a government-sponsored visiting scholar. He has worked in the Department of Liver Surgery, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University since June 2005.

He has long been engaged in liver tumor surgery, liver transplantation and basic research. He performs more than 230 liver resections and participates in over 40 liver transplant operations every year, including complex procedures such as resection of hilar liver cancer, hilar biliary tract tumors and laparoscopic liver tumor resection.

In terms of scientific research, his main focus lies on the molecular mechanisms underlying metastasis and recurrence of liver cancer. In recent years, he has published more than 20 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author in journals including Clinical Cancer Research, Journal of Hematology & Oncology and Surgery. He has presided over 4 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has contributed to 16 academic monographs and surgical atlases, such as Qianli Abdominal Surgery (2nd and 3rd Editions), Shi Weijin Biliary Surgery, Surgical Oncology of Tumors, Surgery of Liver Tumors, and Color Atlas of Oncologic Surgery. He has also participated in the production of multiple national-level surgical teaching and special videos, such as Classic Surgeries by Contemporary Chinese Medical Experts.
