Graduated from Peking Union Medical College in 2007 with a doctoral degree in neurology. Completed visiting studies at the Cognitive Center of Weill Cornell Medicine in the United States in 2015 and the Hydrocephalus Center of Umea University in Sweden in 2022. For many years, has been dedicated to research on idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus and related neurodegenerative diseases and cerebrovascular diseases. In 2017, led the establishment of China's earliest interdisciplinary academic organization focused on normal pressure hydrocephalus research and standardized diagnosis and treatment, established a visualized multicenter case registration database for normal pressure hydrocephalus, and organized 9 sessions of the "Reversible Dementia Focus on Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus International Advanced Training Course" (a national-level continuing medical education project), training more than 10,000 participants both offline and online, effectively promoting the standardized diagnosis and treatment and clinical research of idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus in China. Also promoted the hospital's recognition as an "Advanced Stroke Center" and "Advanced Cognitive Center" awarded by the National Health Commission in 2021 and 2023, respectively. Participated in and led multiple national and provincial-level scientific research fund projects, and received 3 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. Published more than 50 professional papers. Participated in the translation and compilation of 5 academic monographs and the formulation of 6 guidelines and consensus statements. Led the organization, writing, and publication of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Clinical Management of Idiopathic Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus 2022," which won the Annual Best Specialty Guideline/Consensus Award.
