Work Experience Graduated from the Department of Medicine, Beijing Medical College (now Peking University Health Science Center) in 1984, earning a Bachelor of Medicine degree. In 1987, graduated from the Department of Otolaryngology, Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing Medical College, obtaining a Master's degree in Clinical Medicine. Since 1987, has been working in the Department of Otolaryngology at the Third Clinical Hospital of Beijing Medical University (now Peking University Third Hospital), and was promoted to Associate Chief Physician in 1998. Has been engaged in clinical practice and teaching in otolaryngology throughout the career. Currently focuses primarily on clinical audiology diagnostics, with extensive clinical experience particularly in newborn, infant, and pediatric hearing screening, diagnosis, and intervention, diagnosis and treatment of hearing disorders, as well as diagnosis and treatment of vertigo. Has published multiple related papers. Currently serves as the team leader of the outpatient department of Otolaryngology at Peking University Third Hospital, a member of the Audiology Group, and a member of the Newborn Hearing Diagnostic Center, responsible for occupational disease diagnosis related to deafness. Has published several articles in the field of hearing.
