Research Work Clinical Research: Conducted 4 prospective and multiple retrospective clinical studies, including analyses of the correlation between immune markers and metabolic factors with IVF outcomes in populations with recurrent implantation failure and recurrent pregnancy loss; studies on aspirin application; the impact of threatened miscarriage, particularly intrauterine hematoma, on pregnancy health; and investigations into the role of anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) in infertile populations. Basic Research: Long-term dedication to mechanistic research on reproductive immunology during the peri-implantation period and maternal-fetal interface immunity, including: exploration of the mechanisms by which T cells, mast cells, and macrophages contribute to the reconstruction of immune balance in the endometrial immune microenvironment; mechanistic studies on the effects of aspirin on the endometrium; and the pathological mechanisms by which reproductive endocrine disorders lead to decreased endometrial receptivity.
