Work Experience Since graduation, I have been engaged in clinical work in obstetrics and gynecology for nearly 30 years, leading the management of numerous complex and difficult cases as well as the rescue of critically ill patients. I have directed and performed a large number of major obstetric and gynecological surgeries, along with the management of intraoperative and postoperative complications, accumulating extensive experience. In recent years, the annual surgical volume of my treatment group has exceeded 600 cases. I was among the early adopters in China of laparoscopic cytoreductive surgery for ovarian cancer, staging surgery for endometrial cancer, radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer, and surgery for deep infiltrating endometriosis. Research Work I have led or participated in multiple national-level research projects, including the National "Tenth Five-Year Plan" Key Science and Technology Project — Clinical Research on Prevention, Diagnosis, and Treatment Strategies for Endometriosis; the National Natural Science Foundation of China General Program — Construction of a Human Histological Model of Endometriosis and the Role of Aberrant Eutopic Endometrium in the Initiation Mechanism of the Disease; the Ministry of Health Clinical Key Project — Clinical Research on Early Diagnosis and Laparoscopic Treatment of Endometriosis and Adenomyosis; the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund — Study on the Role of Claudin-4 in Malignant Transformation of the Endometrium and Treatment of Endometrial Cancer; and the National Population and Family Planning Commission Science and Technology Project — Study on the Preventive Effect of Tubal Ligation on the Onset of Endometriosis. Awards The project I participated in, "Clinical and Basic Research on Endometriosis," was awarded the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Third Prize at the Second National Academic Conference of Young and Middle-Aged Obstetricians and Gynecologists. 2004 Peking Union Medical College Hospital Third Prize for Scientific Research Achievements. Publications I have published dozens of academic papers in journals including Int J Gynecol Cancer, The Journal of International Medical Research, Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Reproduction & Contraception, Progress in Modern Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chinese Journal of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Chinese Journal of Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology.
