In clinical work on gynecological tumors, extensive experience has been accumulated in surgery and comprehensive treatment. Research efforts in gynecological oncology focus on the early diagnosis and precise diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer, particularly the precise diagnosis and treatment of hereditary ovarian cancer and related clinical and basic research, with in-depth exploration also conducted in the immunology and metabolism of ovarian cancer. Has received funding from multiple provincial, ministerial, and higher-level research programs. As the principal investigator, has led over ten research projects, including the National Key Research and Development Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation. Has established comprehensive databases for multiple gynecological diseases. Has directed national continuing education programs, supervised 35 clinical and research graduate students and doctoral candidates, and mentored nearly a thousand visiting physicians and scholars. Has published over fifty SCI-indexed papers in international journals as first or corresponding author, and over one hundred papers in Chinese core journals. Has led national continuing education programs and served as the head of the first batch of Gynecological Class IV Endoscopy Training Bases. Has participated in the compilation, translation, and chief translation of multiple works, including *Chinese Gynecological Oncology*, the first edition of *Williams' Gynecology*, *Cervical Cancer*, *Operative Techniques in Gynecologic Oncology*, *Operative Techniques in Urogynecology*, and *Operative Techniques in Gynecology*. Has received the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Achievement from the China Maternal and Child Health Science and Technology Award, the First Prize for Teaching Achievement from Peking University, the Excellence Award for Teaching Management from Peking University, the First Prize for New Technology from Peking University Third Hospital, the Third Prize for Medical Excellence and Technological Innovation from Peking University Third Hospital, and the Excellence Award for Teaching from Peking University Health Science Center.
