Work Experience Graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine, Shandong Medical University in 1994; Since 1994, has been working in the Department of Neurosurgery at Peking University Third Hospital, holding positions successively as Resident Physician, Attending Physician, and Associate Chief Physician. Research Work Primary research interests include cerebrovascular diseases, spinal cord tumors, and congenital developmental malformations. Has conducted in-depth investigations into the pathogenesis of tethered cord syndrome complicated by voiding dysfunction. Awards Outstanding Communist Party Member of Peking University Health Science Center, Outstanding Teacher of Peking University Third Hospital. Participated in the research on Chiari malformation, which was awarded the Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Progress Award.
