Neurosurgical diseases, including minimally invasive surgical treatment of intraspinal tumors, sacral meningeal cysts, syringomyelia, and congenital malformations. 2. Endoscopic surgical treatment of neurological diseases. Academic Achievements: (1) Conducted a series of studies on the pathogenesis and clinical management of Chiari malformation complicated with syringomyelia, proposing new therapeutic strategies that reduced the incidence of surgical complications and improved surgical outcomes. (2) Innovated surgical approaches for the treatment of radicular sacral meningeal cysts, enhancing surgical efficacy. (3) Explored the application of neuroendoscopy in the treatment of spinal cord diseases, achieving satisfactory results. Major Research Projects: 1. Principal Investigator, Capital Clinical Characteristic Project, "Randomized Controlled Study on Nerve Root Sleeve Reinforcement and Sacral Canal Plasty for the Treatment of Sacral Meningeal Cysts" (2018–2021). 2. Principal Investigator, Key Project of Peking University Third Hospital, "Clinical Controlled Study on Transcranial Keyhole Neuroendoscopic Surgery with Ultrasound Precise Localization for Minimally Invasive Treatment of Hypertensive Basal Ganglia Hemorrhage" (2020–2022). Awards Outstanding Paper Award at the 2011 Beijing Neurosurgery Annual Meeting; "Study on the Pathogenesis and Surgical Approaches of Chiari Malformation Complicated with Syringomyelia" received the Third Prize of the 2013 Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award (Second Completer); Outstanding Teacher of Peking University Third Hospital in 2018.
