Exploring the pathogenesis of lung cancer, as well as novel targets for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.

Diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules, preoperative CT-guided spring coil localization of pulmonary nodules, minimally invasive surgical treatment of lung cancer, comprehensive treatment of lung cancer, minimally invasive surgical treatment of mediastinal tumors and pneumothorax with pulmonary bullae, and surgical treatment of esophageal tumors.
