In recent years, has mainly dedicated efforts to fundamental research on renal cell carcinoma (RCC), including RCC complicated by tumor thrombus. Utilizing NGS-based multi-omics genetic analysis combined with clinical epidemiological analysis, whole-exome and transcriptome sequencing were performed on normal-tumor-tumor thrombus samples from Chinese patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). Pioneered the reporting of integrated genomic sequencing results for Chinese ccRCC patients and identified molecular features associated with tumor thrombus. This work contributes to deeper subsequent exploration of the mechanisms underlying thrombus formation and progression, while also opening new avenues for developing therapeutic approaches for RCC with tumor thrombus. As first author or corresponding author, published over 30 SCI papers in high-level international journals and over 300 articles in Chinese core journals.
