Medical career: Doctor of Oncology. He has been engaged in clinical practice, scientific research and teaching in medical oncology for nearly 20 years, and has accumulated rich clinical experience especially in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic tumors.

Research achievements: He has presided over 1 Youth Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 Project of Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, 1 Scientific Research Startup Program of Southern Medical University, and 2 President Funds of Nanfang Hospital. As the first author or corresponding author, he has published more than 10 SCI papers. He participated in compiling Manual of Medical Oncology Ward Rounds (1st Edition) and Biological Therapy of Tumors (2nd Edition).
