**Introduction:** Deputy Director of the Department of Joint and Bone Disease Surgery, Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University; Master's Supervisor. Visiting Scholar at KRANKERHAUS Joint Center, Visiting Scholar at Western Ontario University Hospital (Canada), Visiting Scholar at Taiwan Zhongzheng Orthopedic Hospital, and Visiting Scholar at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS, USA). He is the first surgeon in South China to be certified for "Orthopedic Robotic Surgery." He has undertaken multiple advanced training programs in artificial joint replacement techniques in countries such as Austria and Canada. He specializes in arthroscopic treatment of various conditions, including meniscal injuries and anterior/posterior cruciate ligament injuries. He has conducted in-depth research on new technologies and fields in artificial joint replacement, such as hip resurfacing arthroplasty, short-stem hip arthroplasty, and high-flexion rotating-platform knee arthroplasty. **Medical Career:** He obtained a seven-year clinical medicine degree from the First Military Medical University, followed by a Master's degree in Surgery and a Doctorate in Orthopedic Surgery. After graduation, he has been continuously engaged in clinical work and research across various subspecialties of orthopedic surgery. He has pursued advanced studies and training in Austria, Canada, and Taiwan. In 2014, he was dispatched by the Organization Department of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee to the Kashgar region of Xinjiang to provide medical assistance and support the development of local orthopedics. During his tenure, Deputy Director Wang Jian leveraged his expertise to actively promote the development of orthopedics in the region and made significant contributions to the subspecialization of orthopedics at the First People's Hospital of Kashgar Prefecture. Consequently, he was honored as an "Outstanding Aid-Xinjiang Cadre." **Research:** Since beginning his career, he has published over 20 SCI-indexed papers and more than 80 papers in Chinese core journals. He has obtained over 20 invention and utility model patents and has been awarded 14 research grants at the national, provincial, and ministerial levels, with direct and indirect research funding totaling nearly ten million RMB.
