He graduated from the Second Military Medical University in 1984 and obtained his master's degree under the supervision of Professor Zhong Jianping. He currently serves as the Deputy Group Leader of the General Surgery Group of the Minimally Invasive Surgery Branch of Guangdong Medical Association and holds other positions. He has presided over provincial scientific research projects, won the Second Class Award of Military Medical Achievements, published more than 60 papers, and acted as associate editor of *Basic and Clinical Research on Cholangiocarcinoma*.
