Graduated from the Medical Department of Hunan Medical University in 1985, and pursued a doctoral degree in clinical medicine at Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences in 1987. After obtaining the Ph.D. in 1992, has been working in the Department of Urology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University ever since. Engaged in research on urological tumors for nearly 40 years. Promoted to Associate Professor and Associate Chief Physician in 1994, and to Chief Physician and Doctoral Supervisor in 2004. Publications: Published nearly 50 core papers in domestic and international journals, including multiple SCI papers. Monographs: Contributed as a co-author to monographs such as "Operative Urology." Other Major Achievements (e.g., Awards): Led and participated in nearly 10 research funds from the Ministry of Health, Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Commission, and Municipal Science and Technology Commission.
