Work Experience After graduation, joined the Department of Hematology at Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Second Medical University, as a Resident Physician. From April to September 1996, pursued advanced training in the Adult Hematology Department at Hôpital Saint-Louis, Paris, France. From October 1996 to March 1997, pursued advanced training at the Bone Marrow Transplantation Center, Queen Mary Hospital, University of Hong Kong Medical College. From April 1997 to December 1998, served as Resident Physician and Attending Physician in the Department of Hematology at Ruijin Hospital. Since January 1999, served as Ward Director of the Hematology Ward on the 9th floor of Building 9, responsible for bone marrow transplantation work. From March 2000 to December 2003, conducted postdoctoral research at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, National Institutes of Health (NIH-NHLBI), USA, focusing on the biology of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and microarray research in the pathogenesis of leukemia, and received NIH-NHLBI hematology specialty training. Since January 2007, has served as Director of the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Ward in the Department of Hematology. Has been consistently dedicated to clinical and basic research on leukemia. Research Achievements Published over 50 papers in domestic and international core journals, including SCI-indexed journals such as Blood, Leukemia, PNAS, Biol BMT, Molecular Therapy, Human Gene Therapy, Hematology J, Current Opinions in Molecular Therapeutics, Int J Hematol, etc. Undertook 2 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 1 Shanghai Outstanding Young Physician Project, and organized and participated in multiple multicenter clinical studies.
