Work Experience After graduation, worked in the Department of Internal Medicine at Ruijin Hospital. Promoted to Associate Chief Physician in November 1992, and to Chief Physician in November 2001. Proficient in the clinical diagnosis and management of common diseases across various specialties of internal medicine, and in the diagnosis and management of various common and difficult diseases within the scope of nephrology. Has carried out renal biopsy work for 17 years, with proficient renal puncture technique. Has carried out renal pathology work for 15 years, accumulating experience in over 5000 cases of renal pathological diagnosis. Annually completes teaching tasks for undergraduate students, undergraduate and junior college classes of the high nursing department; lectured on the classification and pathological changes of tubulointerstitial diseases in the "Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Tubulointerstitial Diseases" training course; lectured on the pathology of pediatric kidney diseases in the "Progress in Pediatric Kidney Diseases" training course at the Children's Hospital; responsible for the renal biopsy component in the course development at Shanghai Second Medical University.
