MD, Chief Physician. He completed his undergraduate, master’s and doctoral studies at Peking University Health Science Center. He was a post‑doctoral researcher in oncology at the University of Maryland and a state‑sponsored visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins University in the United States. He specializes in medical pharmacotherapy and multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment for thoracic tumors, including lung cancer, malignant pleural mesothelioma, thymic tumors and other conditions. He has extensive experience in the clinical application, cutting‑edge research and adverse‑event management of novel anti‑cancer agents such as chemotherapy drugs, molecular targeted agents, immunotherapeutic agents and antibody‑drug conjugates. His research interests cover the pathogenesis of lung cancer, mechanisms of drug resistance and efficacy prediction for molecular targeted therapies against lung cancer, dynamic monitoring of drug resistance, and immunotherapy for malignant mesothelioma together with its molecular basis. In recent years, he has presided over multiple research projects, including programs funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the "Young Talent" Program of Beijing Hospital Administration, the Specialized Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education of China, the General Program of CSCO Research Fund, as well as numerous international and domestic multicenter clinical trials. He has published multiple papers in SCI‑indexed journals and Chinese core journals as the first or co‑author. He has participated in research work that won awards such as the "Excellent Paper Award" from the CSCO Chinese Clinical Oncology Science Fund, the Second‑Class Award for Science and Technology Progress of Higher Education Institutions, the First‑Class Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Anti‑Cancer Association, and the Second‑Class Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award.
