He has undertaken 2 projects of the National Key R&D Program, 4 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as numerous clinical and basic research projects including the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, Beijing Capital Medical Development Fund, CGOS Fund, key projects of CSCO Fund, and single‑center and multi‑center prospective studies initiated by domestic and overseas investigators. In the past five years, he has published more than 40 academic papers, over 30 of which are indexed in SCI, co‑authored 5 monographs and 1 continuing‑education textbook, and obtained 1 patent.
