Director of the Department of Bone and Soft Tissue Oncology, Party Branch Secretary, Chief Physician, and Clinical PI at Peking University Cancer Hospital. 【Expertise】 He has devoted years to surgical and precision therapy for bone and soft‑tissue tumors, with dual strengths in breakthroughs of high‑difficulty surgical techniques and clinical translation of innovative drugs. He is proficient in precise resection of primary and metastatic bone tumors in complex sites including the extremities, pelvis and spine, as well as precision reconstructive repair such as 3D‑printing‑assisted procedures. He routinely performs tumor‑type prosthetic replacement of the shoulder, elbow, knee, hip joints and hemipelvectomy prosthetic replacement in clinical practice. In terms of comprehensive treatment, he leads the multi‑modal combined regimen of "surgery + chemotherapy + targeted therapy + immunotherapy" for soft‑tissue sarcoma, and has established standardized diagnosis and treatment pathways for subtypes such as synovial sarcoma and liposarcoma. As a PI, he spearheaded domestic clinical trials including TCR‑T cell immunotherapy and novel EZH2‑targeted drugs for soft‑tissue sarcoma, whose findings were presented as oral and poster abstracts at the ASCO Annual Meeting. In collaboration with Peking University, he pioneered the application of mini‑tumor models in primary culture and in‑vitro drug sensitivity testing for soft‑tissue sarcoma, with relevant findings published in the authoritative SCI journal Cell Reports Medicine. He has taken the lead in exploring and refining the comprehensive sarcoma treatment system in China, and presides over prospective clinical trials of hypofractionated neoadjuvant radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and surgery plus postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. 【Representative Achievements】 The project "Molecular Mechanisms Underlying Malignant Biological Behaviors of Osteosarcoma and Innovations in Key Clinical Technologies" won the Second Prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2021 (No. 2021J‑190‑2‑075‑059‑R03). He has published 15 SCI papers as first/corresponding author (cumulative impact factor of 160, including publications in Bioactive Materials (IF 18.9), Cell Reports Medicine (IF 16.9), Clinical Cancer Research (IF 12), and eClinical Medicine (IF 10)).
