Graduated from Peking University Health Science Center in 2005 with a Bachelor of Medicine in Clinical Medicine. In the same year, he was recommended for the combined Master‑Doctoral program in Oncology under the supervision of Professor Hao Chunyi, and obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree in Oncology in 2010. He joined the Second Department of Hepatobiliary‑Pancreatic Surgery at Peking University Cancer Hospital in 2010. He worked as a visiting scholar at Cardiff University School of Medicine in the United Kingdom in 2012. He specializes in surgical treatment and preoperative conversion therapy for complex diseases such as pancreatic cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, liver cancer and retroperitoneal tumors. He has presided over one project of the Beijing Natural Science Foundation and taken charge of multiple clinical studies on hepatocellular carcinoma. He won the Excellence Award and Outstanding Surgical Case at the "Enjoy My Surgery‑National Liver Surgery Video Exchange Summit" in 2013. In 2016, as a member of the Hepatobiliary Tumor MDT team of Peking University Cancer Hospital, he won an award at the National Finals of "Treating Liver Diseases Together‑Liver Cancer Treatment Experience PK". He received the Youth Innovation Award of the "Honoring Lives‑2018 Honored Physicians" hosted by People's Daily in 2018.
