He obtained his bachelor's degree from the Department of Clinical Medicine, Beijing Medical University in 1998 and completed his postgraduate studies in Surgical Oncology at Peking University Health Science Center in 2005. He has long been engaged in the surgical diagnosis and treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic tumors. To date, he has independently performed more than 4,000 radical resections for liver, biliary tract and pancreatic tumors. He is skilled in resection for liver tumors (colorectal cancer liver metastasis and primary liver cancer), resection of biliary tract and gallbladder tumors, pancreaticoduodenectomy, etc., and has accumulated extensive experience especially in managing complex liver surgeries. He has published more than 10 papers in domestic and international journals so far.
