He has presided over multiple national and provincial‑ministerial research projects. To date, he has published more than 90 papers in international peer‑reviewed journals, with representative publications in major international journals including Cell Discovery, Molecular Cancer, STTT, Cell Stem Cell, PNAS, EBioMedicine, Int J Surg, Cancer Research and Molecular Therapy.
He is the chief editor of multiple monographs, such as Comprehensive Therapeutics for Elderly Lung Cancer, Standardized Surgery for Lung Cancer, Atlas of Standardized Lung Cancer Surgery, and Minimally Invasive Pulmonary Resection: International Progress and Chinese Practice Highlights. He serves as associate editor (or contributing author) for textbooks and guidelines including Introduction to Clinical Medicine, Surgery, and CSCO Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Lung Cancer.
