Young Beijing Scholar, Researcher, Associate Chief Physician, Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. He works at the Gastrointestinal Cancer Center, National Key Laboratory of Integrated Prevention and Treatment of Digestive Tumors, Frontier Science Center for Cancer Integrative Omics, Beijing Key Laboratory for Translational Research of Malignant Tumors, and Peking University Institute for Advanced Clinical Medicine, Peking University Cancer Hospital & Beijing Institute for Cancer Research. He holds dual doctoral degrees (M.D., Ph.D.) from Peking University and Cardiff University. Main clinical focus: surgery‑based perioperative individualized diagnosis and treatment for gastric and colorectal cancer. Research interests: mechanisms and remodeling patterns underlying the spatiotemporal evolution of the immune microenvironment before and after perioperative comprehensive therapy. In the past five years, as corresponding or first author, he has published SCI papers in journals including Nature Medicine (2024, 2025), Lancet Oncology, Science Advances, Cancer Research, and Nature Review Clinical Oncology. He has presided over 10 provincial‑ministerial research projects such as the General Program and the Integrated Project of Major Research Plan of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, obtained 3 authorized national invention patents, and participated in compiling 1 monograph. He was awarded the First Prize of Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award (5/15). He has been selected for talent programs including Young Beijing Scholar, the "Young Seedling" Program of Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals, the First Batch of Clinical Scientists of Peking University, and the Tengyun Young Scientist Program of Peking University. He received the Gold Award of the 4th "People’s Good Doctor · Golden Mountain Camellia Program" in 2024, and his research paper was honored as one of the "Top Ten Clinical Studies in China’s Gastrointestinal Oncology (2023‑2024)".
