He has pursued exchange and training at the Robotic Surgery Center of Pforzheim Church Hospital in Germany and Johns Hopkins Hospital in the United States. He serves as the lead of the subspecialty for benign prostatic hyperplasia and urinary continence. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate diseases, male and female urinary continence disorders (including urinary incontinence, dysuria, frequent urination, urinary retention, etc.), calculi, tumors and malformations. He is skilled in performing various minimally invasive surgical procedures for conditions such as benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary incontinence, bladder contracture, neurogenic bladder, calculi, tumors and malformations. He is a participant in the "Elite Talent Program" in Urology of Peking University, and has been awarded the titles of Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Urologist of Guangdong Province and Advanced Individual among Guangdong Provincial Cadres Assisting Xinjiang.
