Medical Career: Graduated from the 6-year undergraduate program in Clinical Medicine of the First Military Medical University in July 1993 with a Bachelor's degree, and began clinical, teaching and research work in infectious diseases. Obtained a Master's degree in Internal Medicine from the First Military Medical University in July 1999. Obtained a part-time Doctoral degree in Internal Medicine from Southern Medical University in December 2004. Has been awarded honors including the 2nd Hurun · Ping An China Good Doctor, the 5th Yangcheng Good Doctor and the 5th Guangzhou Most Beautiful Doctor. Received a Third-Class Merit of the People's Liberation Army once.

Research Profile: Engaged in clinical research on non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis, liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension. Has undertaken one project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and two projects supported by national major special projects of the 12th Five-Year Plan and the 13th Five-Year Plan. Published more than 40 clinical research papers as the first author or corresponding author, including 20 SCI papers. As the first corresponding author, drafted the domestic Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis of Liver Fibrosis by Transient Elastography (2018 Updated Version). Participated in one project winning the First Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award and one project winning the Second Prize of Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award.
