Main research directions: clinical application of molecular diagnostic technologies for genetic diseases, development and application of high-throughput sequencing detection technologies, genetic test result counseling for prenatal diagnosis, identification of novel pathogenic genes of rare diseases and research on their pathogenesis, genetic diagnosis and mechanism research of neurodevelopmental disorders, etc. She/He has published more than 80 papers as the first author or corresponding author, including 30 SCI papers. She/He has presided over and participated in many national and provincial research projects, and was selected into the "Medical Rising Stars" Talent Program of Shanghai. Overseas training experience: Received advanced training at Boston Children's Hospital, and completed joint doctoral training between Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and Harvard University.
