Chief Physician. Specializes in robotic surgery and other minimally invasive endoscopic procedures in pediatric urology, including transurethral resection of posterior urethral valves and electrocautery of ureterocele under cystoscopy, as well as a series of laparoscopic operations such as nephrectomy, pyeloplasty and ureteral reimplantation. He is experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of common pediatric urological diseases including hypospadias, hydronephrosis and cryptorchidism; pediatric urological tumors such as nephroblastoma, adrenal tumors and testicular tumors; and management of children with voiding dysfunction.He has presided over or participated in nearly 20 projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation and municipal-level research programs. To date, he has published nearly 150 papers in domestic and international core journals, including more than 30 SCI papers, and contributed to 6 monographs. Overseas training experience: He worked as a visiting scholar at the Division of Pediatric Surgery, Department of Surgery, Queen Mary Hospital of the University of Hong Kong, the Department of Urology at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada, the Department of Urology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, the Department of Urology at Boston Children's Hospital, and the Department of Urology at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, USA.
