After graduation, he has been engaged in clinical practice, teaching and research of pediatric orthopedics, working on the front line of clinical work for a long time, and has accumulated rich experience in disease diagnosis and treatment through clinical practice. He has visited, exchanged and received training at many top children's hospitals in Europe and America, learning cutting-edge techniques for spinal deformity correction, early treatment of hip diseases as well as etiology analysis and management of late-stage pain, and muscle strength balance analysis and adjustment for neuromuscular disorders. He possesses the world's most advanced pediatric orthopedic treatment concepts and top-tier techniques, taking a leading position in the field of pediatric orthopedics in China. He performs surgeries with proficient, steady and exquisite skills, enjoying a fine reputation among peers and patients. He specializes in treating various congenital and acquired deformities as well as multiple traumas. His diagnosis and treatment of spinal deformities, hip disorders and foot and ankle deformities are fully aligned with international standards. He pioneered multiple surgical techniques in China, including scoliosis correction, surgical dislocation for slipped capital femoral epiphysis, triple pelvic osteotomy for hip dislocation, Ponseti method for clubfoot, calcaneal lengthening for flatfoot, and rotation osteosarcoma limb-salvage surgery. In trauma care, he excels in minimally invasive procedures and has unique experience in successfully managing multiple severe combined traumas caused by falls from heights and traffic accidents. As an academic leader, he has published numerous papers in medical journals at home and abroad and led several research grant projects.
