Chief Physician. Specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric neurological diseases, including autoimmune encephalitis, various epilepsies and epilepsy syndromes, drug-resistant epilepsy, inflammatory demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system, intracranial infections, headaches, tic disorders, etc., and is proficient in the clinical application of the ketogenic diet. He presided over 1 project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 1 project of the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province. He has published more than 10 SCI papers, co-authored 5 monographs on pediatrics and neurology, and won the Second Prize of the Shenzhen Municipal Government Science and Technology Progress Award. He serves as a corresponding editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Contemporary Pediatrics.

Overseas advanced studies: He was a visiting scholar at the Epilepsy Center and Genetics Center of Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard Medical School, USA; and received further training in the Department of Neurology at Peking Union Medical College Hospital.

Main research directions: pathogenesis and therapeutic exploration of autoimmune encephalitis, immune mechanism of infantile epileptic spasm syndrome, mosaicism and therapeutic exploration of tuberous sclerosis complex.
