Associate Chief Physician. He is mainly engaged in the surgical treatment of congenital heart disease in children. He started working in 2002 and specializes in surgical treatment of congenital heart disease. Up to now, he has independently performed more than 1,500 various pediatric cardiothoracic surgeries. He won the championship in the congenital heart disease group at the final of the 2nd National Cardiac Surgery Young Surgeon Skills Competition in China in 2017. In 2019, he represented the Department of Thoracic Surgery and the hospital to participate in the large-scale mobile medical activity of Shanghai medical experts visiting Shigatse. In the same year, he published an SCI paper with an impact factor of 7.242 as the first author. Main research directions: surgical treatment of heart valve and great vessel diseases; the mechanism study of Kartogenin pretreatment promoting TGF-β3-induced chondrogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and inhibiting ossification.

(1) Minimally invasive treatment of simple congenital heart diseases (including atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect).

(2) Various heart valve diseases, such as diseases of mitral valve, tricuspid valve, aortic valve and pulmonary valve.

(3) Various great vessel diseases: pulmonary artery diseases including pulmonary atresia, pulmonary artery hypoplasia and tetralogy of Fallot; pulmonary vein diseases including pulmonary vein stenosis and anomalous pulmonary venous drainage; aortic lesions including aortic coarctation, aortic arch hypoplasia and supravalvular aortic stenosis.

(4) Others: such as double outlet right ventricle, atrioventricular septal defect, palliative surgeries (pulmonary artery banding, Glenn procedure, Fontan procedure), mediastinal tumors, pectus excavatum and other general thoracic diseases.
