Overseas Training Experience: From 1986 to 1987, obtained the certificate of "Clinical Research Fellow" at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. Visited and studied at major pediatric cardiovascular centers around the world on multiple occasions.

In 1997, selected for the "Hundred Talents Program" for academic leaders sponsored by Shanghai Health System. Awarded the title of Shanghai Model Worker from 2001 to 2003. Honored as an Advanced Worker of Shanghai Health Bureau in 2004, and one of the "Top Ten Doctors" of Shanghai Health System in 2004. Recognized as a Leading Talent in Shanghai's health sector in 2005. Received the 4th Noble Medical Ethics Award of Shanghai Health System in 2009. Was exceptionally promoted to Associate Chief Physician and Chief Physician on two separate occasions. Has published more than 120 papers. Authored 5 monographs including *Pediatric Cardiac Surgery* and *Atlas of Difficult Congenital Heart Disease Surgeries*, and participated in compiling 15 other monographs. Supervised 9 master's students and 11 doctoral students.

Mainly engaged in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of various pediatric congenital heart diseases, especially the diagnosis and treatment of complex congenital heart diseases in infants and young children as well as congenital heart diseases complicated with tracheal stenosis.
