Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Tongji University School of Medicine, High-Level Provincial and Ministerial Health Innovation Talent. He studied under Academician Yu Jinming, a renowned oncologist in China, and was a visiting scholar at the University of Michigan Cancer Center in the United States. He is one of the earliest experts in China to implement SBRT and IGRT technologies for lung cancer treatment. In 2012, he organized the first national continuing education workshop on SBRT/IGRT for thoracic tumors, which won high recognition from domestic peers. A number of research findings on precise radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer have been published in top domestic journals of radiation oncology (the Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology series) and internationally renowned journals (Lung Cancer, IJROBP, TLCR, etc.). He has long been engaged in research on precise radiotherapy for lung tumors (X-knife, SBRT, IMRT, IGRT), and combined therapy of radiotherapy and immunotherapy for lung tumors. He has published more than 100 academic papers, including over 40 SCI papers. He has presented academic exchanges at many international conferences such as WCLC, ASCO, ASTRO, ESMO and ISDE, with more than 40 oral presentations and poster presentations.

He has advanced concepts and rich experience in precise radiotherapy for lung tumors, combined treatment of locally advanced lung cancer (squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, small cell carcinoma) with radiotherapy plus chemotherapy, targeted drugs and immunotherapy, as well as the prevention, diagnosis and management of radiation pneumonitis. He has long been committed to the early diagnosis of lung tumors, precise radiotherapy (X-knife, SBRT, IMRT, IGRT), and radiotherapy-based multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment.
