Deputy Director of the Administrative Department of the Oncology Department. With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, he won the Second Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award and the First Prize of the Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award in 2013. He has undertaken 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects and 1 Natural Science Foundation project of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and is in charge of 1 sub-project of the key project of Shanghai Zhangjiang Industrial Park. He has published 40 papers in core journals at home and abroad, including 20 SCI papers. He is the chief editor of the monograph *Diagnosis, Treatment Strategies and Analysis of Difficult Pulmonary Cases*, and a co-editor of two monographs.

He has extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, specializing in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung cancer, especially individualized precision therapy for non-small cell lung cancer (including chemotherapy and targeted therapy), as well as basic and clinical research on lung cancer (research on resistance pathways of targeted therapy for non-small cell lung cancer, research on liquid biopsy of peripheral blood in lung cancer, and research on nano-active targeted chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer).
