He is proficient in pediatric cardiology. He masters advanced technologies in this specialty and can apply them in practical work. He is familiar with the domestic and international development trends of this discipline. He is skilled in various techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of congenital and acquired heart diseases as well as pediatric arrhythmias. He has profound attainments in color Doppler echocardiography, cardiac catheterization diagnosis, interventional therapies for various congenital heart diseases, and the diagnosis, treatment and rescue of critically ill and complicated pediatric cardiovascular cases. He is among the pioneers in China to carry out techniques including interventional treatment of congenital heart disease and fetal echocardiography. He has participated in a number of national and provincial scientific research projects and won relevant achievement awards. Since starting his career, he has authored more than 60 papers, which have been published in national and provincial journals or monographs.
