Major Education and Work Experience: Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Zhongshan Medical College in 1984 and obtained a master’s degree in 1991. He has worked in the Department of Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University ever since graduation. He once completed a six-month exchange and training program at Queen Mary Hospital affiliated to the University of Hong Kong. He has long been engaged in clinical practice and research of pediatric heart diseases.

Medical Expertise: With more than 30 years of clinical experience, he is proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of various pediatric diseases, especially pediatric congenital heart disease, myocarditis, arrhythmia, Kawasaki disease, heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, hypertension, rheumatic fever and other illnesses. He specializes in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiological techniques, and has extensive experience in interventional therapy for patent ductus arteriosus, atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, pulmonary valve and pulmonary artery stenosis. Research Direction: Research on pediatric cardiovascular diseases. His main research focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart disease, arrhythmia, heart failure, pulmonary hypertension and hypertension.
