He received advanced training in cardiac electrophysiology and interventional techniques at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hong Kong, where he worked as an Associate Consultant. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree, serves as a Master’s Supervisor, and is a certified specialist for arrhythmia intervention and cardiac pacing therapy in China. He has been invited to the Asia-Pacific Heart Rhythm Society Annual Meeting (Hong Kong 2024, Japan 2025), Heart Rhythm Society Annual Meeting (Chicago 2026), Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Symposium (Korea 2025) and Hong Kong Heart Rhythm Annual Meeting for academic discussions and case presentations.

Research Interests:

1. Catheter ablation for complex tachyarrhythmias (including differential diagnosis and ablation of persistent atrial fibrillation, atypical atrial flutter, ventricular premature beats/ventricular tachycardia and complex supraventricular tachycardia);
2. Pacing therapy for bradyarrhythmias (physiological pacing, leadless pacing), sudden cardiac death prevention (implantable loop recorder and ICD implantation), cardiac resynchronization therapy for heart failure (CRT-D) and cardiac contractility modulation (CCM) therapy;
3. Optimized pharmacotherapy for heart failure;
4. Diagnosis and management of unexplained syncope.

Medical Expertise: Specializes in precise and individualized treatment of coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, hypertension and heart failure. His focus includes catheter ablation (radiofrequency ablation and pulsed field ablation) for atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, ventricular premature beats, ventricular tachycardia and supraventricular tachycardia; pacing therapy for bradycardia and atrioventricular block (conventional pacemakers, leadless pacemakers, ICD and CRT-D); and left atrial appendage closure. He performs hundreds of minimally invasive cardiac interventional procedures annually and is proficient in standardized management of chronic cardiovascular diseases.
