Awards and Achievements: His project “Applied Research and Promotion of Cardiac Pacing” won the Second Prize of Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. He has also received 4 university-level research awards and been honored as Excellent Teacher of the hospital twice. Research Interests: Cardiac pacing and radiofrequency ablation, with a focus on the mechanisms and novel therapeutic approaches for arrhythmias.

Medical Expertise: He has worked in the cardiology department of university-affiliated hospitals since graduating from Sun Yat-sen Medical University in 1982. He is competent in the management of common internal medical diseases as well as common, complicated and critical cardiovascular conditions. With over 20 years of clinical practice in electrophysiology, he specializes in arrhythmia management, cardiac pacing, clinical electrophysiology and transcatheter radiofrequency ablation. He is proficient in implantation of various types of pacemakers and radiofrequency ablation for tachyarrhythmias.
