He led the establishment of the metabolic cardiovascular disease team, the first specialized team in Guangdong Province focusing on prevention, clinical service and basic research of metabolic cardiovascular diseases, with a complete system for screening and standardized management of such conditions.

Research Interests: Basic and clinical research on hypertension, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, heart failure and other cardiovascular disorders.

Medical Expertise: He has been engaged in clinical practice, teaching and research in cardiovascular medicine for 33 years and has accumulated rich experience in managing common cardiovascular diseases. He devotes himself to the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease, hypertension, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, hyperlipidemia and severe arrhythmias. He has distinctive insights into the diagnosis and treatment of critical and complicated cardiovascular cases.
