He graduated from the 8-year Clinical Medicine Program of Sun Yat-sen University and was a visiting scholar at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has been engaged in clinical and translational research on neurodegenerative and rare neurological diseases for more than 10 years. He is proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of common neurological disorders. He contributed to books including Treatable Rare Diseases of the Nervous System: Diagnosis and Management. As first or corresponding author, he has published more than 20 articles in renowned domestic and international journals. He has led and participated in multiple national and provincial research projects.

Medical Expertise: Movement disorders, muscular atrophy, memory decline, parkinsonism, and inherited neurological diseases (such as spinocerebellar ataxia). He uses electromyography, genetic testing, multimodal imaging, neuroelectrophysiology, immune assays and other approaches to establish diagnoses and deliver individualized prevention and treatment.
