He holds a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine and a doctoral degree in Pediatrics. He has been engaged in the field of pediatric oncology since 2015. He was a fellow focusing on pediatric brain tumors at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in the United States, an Honorary Research Associate at the University of Hong Kong, and a visiting scholar at the Children’s Cancer Institute, University of New South Wales, Australia. He also received clinical training as a visiting doctor at Sydney Children’s Hospital and Hong Kong Children’s Hospital.

Medical Expertise: His main focus is on brain tumors including glioma, germ cell tumor, medulloblastoma, ependymoma and pineal region tumors; rare diseases such as neurofibromatosis and Langerhans cell histiocytosis, and genetic disorders; sarcomas including rhabdomyosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, synovial sarcoma, high-grade or undifferentiated sarcoma and osteosarcoma; blastomas such as neuroblastoma, hepatoblastoma, Wilms tumor and retinoblastoma. He also specializes in the diagnosis and management of pediatric leukemia, lymphoma and thrombocytopenia. He has solid research experience in cancer genetic counseling (TP53, RB1, NF1, DICER1, etc.), targeted therapy, blinatumomab immunotherapy, as well as CAR-T and CAR-NK cell therapy.
